Shipping Information

• We ship across India to most serviceable locations.

• Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1 working day.

• Delivery timelines typically range between 2 to 7 business days, depending on your location and courier service.

• Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on the next working day (Monday).

• Once shipped, you’ll receive your tracking details via WhatsApp or email.

Cash on Delivery (COD):

• COD is available on selected PIN codes with a small additional charge.

• Please ensure order acceptance, as declined COD orders may affect future order eligibility.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 7-day window from the date of delivery for returns or exchanges.

Eligibility Criteria:

• The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

• Must include original packaging, box, and tags

Returns will not be accepted if:

• Request is raised after 7 days

• Product shows signs of wear or damage

• Original packaging is missing

How Returns Work

• Once approved, our courier partner will arrange a pickup within 2–3 working days.

• Refund or exchange is processed only after the product reaches us and passes a quality inspection.

We recommend packing the product securely in its original packaging to avoid any transit damage.

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

• Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

Refund Details

• Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited back to the original payment method.

• COD Orders: Refund can be received via bank transfer or UPI, as selected during the return process.

Tampered Deliveries
